What happens when you combine 9JOYS with improvisational dance? Soul Juice!

I've got a great class that just started yesterday, combining the transformative imagery of 9JOYS with improvisational dance practice. I'm calling it Soul Juice. Here's what you can expect. Details are at the bottom.

In each class, you'll choose to explore one feeling state you'd like to express in movement. I'll lead you through the 9JOYS mapping practice with that feeling. As a result, your experience of the feeling will be more vivid and tangible. You'll use that image and your heightened access to the feeling to inspire authentic movement.

9JOYS on a card: Short versions of the questions to take with you

I'll have these postcards available June 4. They make a handy reference for the basic 9JOYS Practice questions - use for yourself or a friend. And they're great for partner practitioners to offer clients a tool for freeing the feeling mind. Give me a call at 206-407-3296 and I'll drop a few in the mail to you asap!
